Other boring stuff:

So. . .

I have 3 out of the 4 Spheres Art Books, which are Last Exile art books that Range Murata sold himself at conventions and things like that in Japan.

Hands down, they are chock full of pages and pages of concept sketches of Last Exile designs and characters. They also have a lot of cool Japanese writing on them which I can't read but still think looks cool (translation: they are in Japanese, but all the sketches are just gorgeous).

They are just. . .COOL!

So I have Spheres 1, Spheres Plus (#3) and Spheres Plus Plus (#4).

I am selling them.

I am letting the club know first since you guys can obviously appreciate something like that(can we say undying loyalty here? ). Unfortunately if I let the whole set go for less than around $150 (shipping included in that price.) I would be losing more money than I already am. . .they are hard to find, especially 1 and 2, because they are older. I think I paid 100 bucks for 1 alone, yeah? GAH. And that is without shipping, because it is a lot to ship from Japan.

And don't think I am selling them because I don't like them. I am actually selling them because I have the whole set (1, 2, 3, 4) and these are my extra copies.

So if you didn't think the captain was really as obsessed as they said they were, now you all know. *sweat*

If anyone is interested note the club, otherwise I get to try my luck with eBay (woo boy).

I will sell then individually, but it would be a shame to separate the set.

Though we really do need to design ourselves a ship, I decided a more fun, character based contest might be good to have! (But ships ARE fun!! ) Though we love vanships here, we also love Last Exile characters!

At this club we happen to worship the goat.

You know.

THE goat.

But what kind of stuffed toy would OTHER Last Exile characters carry around?

We have Alvis and probably Lavi as well with the omnipotent goat, but what would Claus carry around? Or Sophia? Or Tatiana? What about Dio?
